uno con leche

So recently I had this idea for a project on the many bridges of LA and the Greater LA area. I would love to do this project and I’ve decided to make it a reality. I’m currently searching for grants I can apply for. Any ideas? I’m new to the world of grant writing, this will definitely be a living/working experience for me. 

Despite the fact that we are officially in the summer season and all I can think of are cute summer dresses and sandals, I can’t help but think about the fall season. I definitely have some items on my list that I’ve been wanting to buy for a while. One of those being a pair of Hunter boots. I’ve been wanting a pair since I can remember, I almost had a pair last year, but I returned them…. I have this thing about my calves being too big for boots, but maybe it’s all just in my head? But now I’ve got the itch for a pair of Hunter Wellies, they are a bit pricey, but can I justify their use in Southern California? Where we get rain, but not enough rain to truly justify them….maybe I just might splurge this year.
